    • AIGF provides digital products and services, including AI companion chat, virtual characters, image and video generation, tokens and premium subscriptions.
    • We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. No shipping address, courier, or physical delivery is required, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

  • 2. HOW ACCESS IS DELIVERED

    • After a successful payment, premium access, tokens or other digital entitlements are activated on your account, usually immediately.
    • You can access purchased items by signing in to the website with the account used for the purchase.
    • If your purchase is not reflected in your account within a reasonable time, contact us at [email protected] or through the Contact page.

  • 3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

    • Subscription benefits are delivered continuously for the paid subscription period and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the Subscription Terms.
    • If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • 4. REFUNDS

    • Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not charge a separate refund processing fee; eligible refunds are issued for 100% of the amount paid.
