REFUND POLICY

- ("we" "us" "our" or the "Company") and Get-honey.today (the “Website” or the “Service”), we value your feedback and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below. In addition to the refund or cancellation rights available under applicable laws, as indicated in our Terms and Conditions of Use, if you made a purchase on the Website you are eligible to receive a refund provided that: (I) you contact us at support@get-honey.today or directly contact us on the Website in the “Contact” section within 30 days after your purchase and before the end of your subscription period and (II) provide all necessary information to identify your account and purchase
1. GENERAL REFUND RULES
- The Company guarantees a 100% money back if your refund request complies with our Refund Policy. But be aware we charge 1$ fee to cover transaction costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may not be available in the following situations: (I) if more than 30 days have passed since the purchase. (II) if the payment method used to make the purchase is unavailable (closed, blocked, expired or for other reasons). Please note that, in accordance with the Company’s policies, commissions, exchange rate differences, and any other applicable taxes and fees are non-refundable. Accordingly, the Company is not able to reimburse or refund any amounts paid in respect of such charges under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

- Include your account email address and the date of purchase in your request. Our team will review your usage history and respond to your request without undue delay, and in any event not later than 5 business days.
3. NO REFUND CASES
- You will not be refunded or reimbursed for any previously paid-for content that was moderated or removed for violating any of our Policies. Refunds will not be issued for restrictions on your use of the Services resulting from moderation actions in response to policy violations. The Company may modify or remove features or content at any time at its discretion. Refunds or reimbursements will not be provided for previous payments related to such changes, unless they affect the core platform or services as defined by applicable law.
