AIGF subscriptions are managed from your account. You can cancel at any time; your access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
Cancel or change your plan
- Sign in to your account.
- Open your Profile or the Pricing page.
- Select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Billing and refund terms
- Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the renewal price shown at checkout until you cancel. The current plan, billing period, and renewal price are shown before payment.
- Canceling disables automatic renewal. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- AIGF is a digital service. There are no shipping fees, no physical goods, and no physical return address is required.
- Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase and before the end of the subscription period. Eligible refunds are issued for 100% of the amount paid; we do not charge a separate refund processing fee.
